Pay in Crypto Regulations

Regulations of the service “Pay in Crypto” Version 1.2 dated 23. June 2025

§1 General Provisions

1.1 Definitions:

  • Merchant - an entity that is a customer of PAYLIFT FINANCE LTD. (prev. known as FASTWIRECO LIMITED), for whose benefit and on whose order payments are made.
  • Payer - an adult individual, legal entity, or organizational unit granted legal capacity by law, who pays for goods or services offered by the Merchant and has accepted the rules of payment.
  • Fiat currency - currency whose value is not based on a physical commodity but on trust in the issuing institution, typically the government of a given country.
  • Virtual currency - a digital representation of value that is not legal tender issued by a central bank or public authority.
  • Service - enables the Merchant's client (Payer) to pay for an order in fiat currency, while the Merchant receives virtual currency.

1.2 The Regulations define the rules for providing services by PAYLIFT FINANCE LTD. (prev. FASTWIRECO LIMITED), registered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, as a Money Service Business regulated by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). 1.3 The Payer using the Service may be an adult person or entity that has accepted the regulations for making payments via the Service.

1.4 The PAYLIFT teleinformatic system is a set of IT devices and software for processing, storing, sending, and receiving data via telecommunications networks.

1.5 By clicking the "Pay in Crypto" button, the Payer acknowledges and accepts these Regulations.

1.6 The acceptance of the Regulations means that:

  • The Service does not imply the establishment of a business relationship between the Payer and PAYLIFT.
  • The Payer is aware that their funds will be transferred to the Recipient directing them to the Service.

§2 Use of the Service

2.1 The Service is available via the website.

2.2 Enables payments in virtual currency for goods and services offered by the Merchant.

2.3 The User does not gain ownership of the virtual currency when using the Service.

2.4 The use of the Service by the Payer constitutes acceptance of the Regulations.

2.5 Use of the Service through external applications is at the Payer's sole risk.

§3 Service Description

3.1 To use "Pay in Crypto":

  • Must be redirected from an authorized Merchant's page.
  • Session created by entering a phone number and confirmed by an SMS code.
  • Acknowledge these Regulations.
  • Click "Pay in Crypto" and authorize using the selected bank instrument.

3.2 Upon authorization:

  • The Service sends information about the transaction.
  • Settles the payment with the Merchant in virtual currency.

§4 Identity Verification

4.1 PAYLIFT reserves the right to verify the identity of the Payers.

4.2 Verification is conducted via authorized service providers.

4.3 Required for transfers exceeding CAD 1,000.

§5 Refusal to Initiate Transaction

5.1 The transaction will be refused if:

  • The process is interrupted by the Payer.
  • Technical failures occur.
  • Improper authorization of the payment instrument.
  • Alteration of the redirection URL.
  • Failure to complete the verification.

§6 Responsibility

6.1 The Payer is responsible for their use of the Service.

6.2 The Service is used at the Payer's own risk.

6.3 PAYLIFT is not liable for data loss, delays, or financial loss beyond its control.

§7 Personal Data Protection

7.1 The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Service.

§8 Intellectual Property

8.1 PAYLIFT holds rights to the works, markings, and trademarks used within the Service.

§9 Complaint Procedure

9.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing or electronically.

9.2 Must include transaction ID, phone number, subject, circumstances, and proposed resolution.

9.3 PAYLIFT will review complaints within 30 days, with a possible extension of 60 days.

§10 Technical Requirements

10.1 The Service requires internet access and a browser supporting JavaScript and Cookies.

10.2 Changes in technical requirements will be announced in advance.

10.3 PAYLIFT reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance or review.

§11 Changes to the Regulations

11.1 Changes are effective as announced by PAYLIFT, with a notice period of at least 7 days.

§12 Applicable Law

12.1 The agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.

12.2 Disputes will be resolved by the courts of British Columbia.

12.3 Alternative dispute resolution methods are available, including online platforms such as the EU ODR site.
